Standard International Broomball Wizards (IBW) Coach's Contract

I _______________, agree to all terms & conditions whether written, spoken, implied, or not thought of by this date - as presented to me by the members of the Front Office (who consist of past IBW coaches).

Coaches obligations to the IBW's, "America's Oldest Broomball Team", are to successfully complete, but not limited to, the following: secure ice time throughout the year, ensure proper league & tourney registrations, responsible for securing funds for all team events, obtaining team jerseys & jackets for all team members, team roster, hard boiled eggs, planning & communicating all team events, carrying a fully stocked team coaches bag to all games, team statistics, year-end banquet, sponsor patronage, special projects, and complying with all Front Office requests.

Front Office obligations to the team & coach: To make sure that the coach is doing his job. With the exception of the Front Office rights to impeach the coach; this is a 3 year, no escape contract. The coaches 3 year contract will not be considered fulfilled until a new coach is found and willing to replace, under the same terms, the current coach.

Upon fulfilling the obligations of the 3 year contract, the coach will be considered for membership into the Front Office. After a modest iniation, and a passing Black Ball Vote, the candidate will be awarded membership into the Front Office, with all it's rights & priviledges.
